These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizBook.pk (the "Platform"), operated as Pakistan's business directory service. By browsing the Platform, creating a listing, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using BizBook.pk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the authority to act on behalf of a registered business, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of Pakistan.
Business owners submitting a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including contact details, address, category, and description. BizBook.pk reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or contains misleading information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Standard and Premium plans are billed annually or monthly as selected at checkout. Plan features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, though you may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law. Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience — incentivized or fabricated reviews are prohibited and may be removed.
BizBook.pk provides a directory platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed business, product, or service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBook.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on listed information.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
